A healthy relationship has balance and it also depends how long you have been together with them and if you are living together.

Me and my girlfriend just had our one year yesterday and we don't live together. We spend about 2 to 3 times a week together with our work schedules. Those days we aren't together are for work, friends family and hobbies. It was tough at first because our schedules only worked for once a week and our shift times were different, so that really just left weekends

Sounds like they're in the wrong relationships if they feel that way.
You should want to spend time with your partner and not see it as them stealing your time away. And they should definitely not drain you.
It can be expensive to have a partner compared to be single, especially if you want to do things together but besides that, it seems like there's something wrong if they think the women alone use all their money.

We are both busy so it is pretty much down to weekends. We both always have the intention of spending Friday/Saturday nights together and do some things during the days.

During the week, it is work and other things like friends and family. It is a good balance.

Yes, we text throughout the day. We try to call when we can. Sometimes, that doesn't always line up every day, but we understand that is life.

It’s all about life balance. You figure it out. We lived 2 hours away for 4 years. Only saw each other every other weekend. You learn to appreciate each other.
