Boyfriend unblocked all his ex’s on Instagram, should I be worried?

So yesterday I figured out that my boyfriend unblocked all of his ex’s on Instagram because one of them followed him and he never followed her back, I said it’s disrespectful and asked why did he unblock all of them, he said he didn’t see the need for them to be blocked as he’s not talking to them? Do you think it’s suspicious because I find it weird?

I dunno about worried, but I'd want to know why.. All of my ex's are blocked save for one cause we have been friends for like 15 years, she's married with kids now.. Anyway back to my original comment, an ex is an ex for a reason. And should remain blocked.
