Boyfriend constantly rushes me during my bathroom time when I am constipated?

I find him extremely annoying to the point I am angry.

I have IBS and at times it can be bad. Right now, it’s bad and linked to stress. I want to go number to, and it feels unfinished. So I would end up sitting in the toilet few hours later trying to get more out. It is not really constipation but it’s annoying. I would sit for maybe 10 minutes trying to push something out. My boyfriend would rush me because he needs to go even though it is not urgent. He knows my situation, and still keeps rushing me. He would knock on the door every minute and stand there waiting. Of course, this makes it way worst for me because it’s mentally related. I then would have to literally tell him to leave the room. I have start all over and try to empty my stomach.

Since he had been doing this to me almost every time… now I feel even more constipated nervous of him banging the door rushing me. So you can say he caused my IBS worst which leads to no sex for him. It is so un comfortable. It’s also very weird he always needs to use the washroom when I am using it.

I can’t speak much to what you should do about you both needing the toilet at the same time often, other then to suggest two bathrooms but I know it’s not always within price range. On a different note, for your trouble going number 2, have you tried a pooping stool? Or something to elevate your feet at least a foot off the ground so you can get into a better elimination position? It works wonders! Give it a try.

My solution would be to tell him before you go out there so he has a chance to go first if he needs to. If that doesn't help, then he's the problem and you do not deserve to be treated like that.

That just reminds me of an annoying sibling. He already shouldn’t be doing that, esp when he knows your situation. Have you told him that it makes you feel this way? If so, and he’s still doing it then dump that mf. Health > boyfriend
