Is sexual attraction instant, or can it be developed over time?

I'm seeing a gentleman who is perfect in nearly every way. He makes me laugh, smile, and holds me when I cry. The biggest issue is I'm not sure if I'm sexually attracted to him. He's got a mild dad bod, and as a former gym rat, I prefer a fit man. The sex is great, but there's more flesh than I'm used to holding onto. I'm a fairly small woman (5'6, 105lbs) and sometimes feel overwhelmed at the size difference (he's 6'2, 200-something lbs). Thoughts?

It could be both, maybe you really start to love the guy and he could start working out if you talk to him about that.

i've had it both ways but if you have those specific concerns and things are heading toward serioso, find a nice way to let him know it would be good if he worked out. maybe you can get a guy to talk to him about it, i don't know what would be best, but i think eventually it could bug you enough to want to leave an otherwise good guy
