Do deep guys avoid dating attractive girls?

I mostly get approached by shallow guys. Gym rats, guys with no brain or substance or can hold a conversation about anything interesting. It's always talking, about their exes, protein powder, how much muscle they have got, or their cars, houses.

I'm not implying that I'm deep, but I certainly pre-reject myself when it comes to thinking most conventionally attractive people wouldn't even entertain the idea of being interested in me.

The guys you get approaching you, are the types who have no issue finding someone, so if you reject them, they just move on. The type of guy who isn't that, is probably going to have to be approached if you are at the higher end of conventional attractiveness, as they probably don't think they're even on your radar, and you'll probably have to do a lot of reassuring that your intention is genuine.

In my opinion, it's not like that. Meaning everyone can be "deep" and just depends not only on the specific person, but your relationship and how comfortable he is talking about it in general, and also with you. So it's not like a physical attribute, like deep guys only go after certain girls, it depends on the relationship and how well you get to know them etc. And especially early on when dating someone new, you're not going to find many "deep" people period (girls are just as bad) because it's too early and many people won't be comfortable enough yet. So you might have to look and maybe "adjust" your expectations of what you find "interesting" and/or give it more time? Like women have never talked about anything "interesting" to me either lol. Or got "deep".

If you want a guy with brains or is cultured, deep, or whatever, go hang out where they hang out. "Birds of a feather flock together". If you hang out where there's a bunch of meatheads, that's all you are going to meat haha. Are you super fit, at the gym a lot, or do you dress like you are going to the gym all the time? That might be part of it. Birds of a feather. Where are the places you are most likely to find the type of guy you want to meet? Go to those places.

I don’t think they avoid dating attractive women. Some tend to be shy, although this is not true of all of them. Their approach might be different though. Perhaps they are less apt to view the gym as a place to meet women.

No... But you should bear in mind that the vibe you send out is the vibe you'll get back in. So if you are getting a bunch of shallow people paying you attention, there's some energy you're sending out that draws that kind of person to you.

I workout and focus a lot on my successes, doesn't mean im not deep. Its just not my primary focus. Maybe you dont take enough time talking to men or you dont come off as you would appreciate deeper conversations.

No. Attractive girls have no interest in dating deep guys. When a woman is attractive she knows it because guys never quit reminding her of it. This in turn gives her an inflated ego and so she feels she deserves only the hottest guy.
