Not if you have a reason but don't date who make you insecure and make you want to. They prob don't treat you the best staring or making comments about other women or lack some kind of morality. It's rude. It's emotional abuse to have that lack of respect. I mean I watch porn with a guy or things of that nature but it's more about the daily treatment outside of sex. I don't do that when I see a hot guy or whatever. If you have a great guy with no reason to suspect that then maybe some therapy. Therapy never hurts anyway in general and gives a better quality life and perspective with tools to improve your thinking. Honestly if it makes you feel better and he got nothing to hide it should not be a big deal. If he trips and sees ya explain you can't help the insecure why you feel say sorry and that you will try to improve. No one perfict. Therapy if their no reason to feel that way after will help self esteem or see if he sucks and you should and dump the loser. No one deserves to feel that way. Depression can make you feel that way as well and their are treatment options so you live your best life. Good luck. Calm vonerable convo over fighting to be understood is the best stratagy in a relationship. If he gets mad anyway after that is said or whatever is a dick he not very supportive and has his own attachment issues. Don't date someone that can't trust you with their feelings and open up to get close. Totally sucks. All of that trash dump the loser then if that the case. I feel their a reason you feel like that he prob contributing to but I hope it works out. You deserve the best.

Not necessarily. I’d need more context. If they’re being secretive and seem like they’re hiding things (actual tangible actions: for example, getting angry over asking about someone in their phone) then there could be a need for concern. But it could be you worrying yourself over nothing, maybe from inexperience with partners or past partners who weren’t faithful. All in all, start a conversation on why you feel that way. See how they respond. Don’t snoop through phones, if you’re wrong about your intuition it can damage your partner’s trust.

My ex kept looking through my phone to try to find something. She cheated on me and denied it without ever being accused. I went into my phone account and got his number and the number of calls and text messages. Plus I was notified by people who had seen them.
