These aren't really fair options.

Easygoing is great. EVERYONE WANTS THAT in a partner.

Outgoing is preferred by sort of half of people. It equates to the extrovert vs. introvert population, which used to be ~ 40% introvert, but it's higher now. It might even be the majority (because of everyone living online so much, covid, social skills slowly dying and being replaced by social anxiety, etc.)

Shy often relates to "sweet", in some peoples' minds.
But shy can also mean afraid to give opinions. And if she always keeps quiet, doesn't say what she means, thinks, prefers, etc etc that gets VERY draining on guys, who grow up in a more direct culture. They tend to be more opinionated, get tested more by their peers and society, and to them, not knowing what their girl is thinking is testament to having to spend their time with her "walking on eggshells." And they hate that.

I don't know about dating a girl but I can say im a blend of the two options. Its a matter of balance. If I was choosing a man with either personality I would accept either or. Shy guys can be so much fun to get them out of their shell. And I know I can take a boisterous opinionated man and make him mush and ease going in my hands with gentle caresses and tones if Combined with a sweet smile and mesmerizing eye contact.

Outgoing and assertive. I like the type of girl who reveals the maximum to me about herself even through our earliest conversations. It minimizes the risk as I grow attracted to her that I'm not growing attracted to a girl who actually thinks very differently from my impressions so far.

It's also important if I want to make executive decisions that impact both of us in a relationship that she lets me know how she truly thinks so that the decisions I make factor in her concerns and desires.

But where's the confident but also easy going personality cuz you can have both of those I have both of those for the most part I'm confident but I'm chill usually anyways I can still blow my top but it's not super common

Both really, I don’t as such have a type.

the shy part can be a struggle if it’s a relationship killer.

The strong opinions can be a struggle as well if to extreme.

for me it’s about that emotional link rather than just personality type

Between the two, I picked 'A', shy and easy going. I like women who are kind of demure. But I also like it if she's bright, inquisitive, and willing to share opinions and observations. I don't want her to be empty headed or totally passive and submissive. I value intellect.

I'm extremely shy and have very bad social anxiety. I need someone that can be the conversation starter so I can talk. I can't bring myself to even start conversations with women. It's like every muscle in my body tightens until I feel like I can't move. My heart races and I get dizzy. Sometimes its so bad I feel like I'll puke as well.

Depends on there attitudes. You don't want someone that lets people steam roll over them, but you don't want the other extreme either where a "I'm better than the world" attitude comes into play. Somewhere in-between is preferred.
