It seems like everytime i'm in a relationship with an above attractive man, waitresses will try to talk to them more, cashiers will talk to my boyfriend and ignore me. They will try to move the food closer to my partners side. Why do women do this?

There's no point in wondering why strangers do what they do. If you are in a relationship with them and they are doing something that you don't like, ask them to change their behavior.
