How do I date a guy whose work comes #1 in his life? Is there a way to have a balance?

My guy is a local rapper/producer here and trying to get famous. Whenever I talk to him, he’s talking about his music. Whenever I text him, it’s about his music projects. He’s super excited & just starting out & I support him 100%. However, he never asks how are you, we should get food etc. unless I bring it up. He almost never initiates hanging until I hint at it, then I just come over & watch him produce for a bit. He doesn’t like doing much anything else outside the house

He is hustling and I 100% respect him and give him his space, I want to get him famous too & help him. But this means he misses out every weekend on fun stuff like trips, outings, hanging. He’d rather work instead. Like, he declines every time.

We occasionally get dinner or watch TV he thinks that’s good/enough

I haven’t brought anything up to him yet, as I’m trying not to interfere w things, but is it worth trying to change/pursuing a man like this? Like is there a way to make him change? I love him so so much I just have a weird gut feeling it’s a bad time for him to date (also.. I’m just really bad at talking to him lol). Is there a way to have a convo on this? thanks so much💛
