I don't believe in astrology, but I will give my take on this. "Nothing is ever set in stone with me," is not something to take lightly. Sure, people can change their minds, but the only way to see how well these words hold up is to watch their actions with it. If he says that, I would interpret that as highly indecisive not just for the topic that answer came for, but everything else down the line.
Trust but verify. If a chick told me she was just going to hurt me, I would believe it and cut sling load the second she started behaving in a manner that pushed me away or was rude and disrespectful. It's easy for someone to lie through their teeth, so I look at actions as well because people's actions stem from a result of who they are at their core.

I don't really date gemini men, I know them to be cheaters and incredibly charming. They like to be the centre of attention, and are a very hard work. If they love you yes they will look after you, they can be fun fathers but generally they can't keep their stick to themselves. They run from responsibility...
