Look I figured out I get attached to easily, when it comes to females I could easily give them my 100 percent, which on the inside worries me because of my past cause I can be talking to someone and I'll just as soon as possible put up a defense wall and just distance myself with no problems which could block me from something good so I yea advice anyone

Same here and please don't let your guard down that easily without truly knowing them.
In the beginning, everyone looks good also our weakness is getting emotionally attached easily so when a decent guy/girl is desperate for us and gives us too much attention, we only assume they're gonna be in our lives for real. Then we start overthinking, overanalyzing, sacrificing sleep and free time for them which even makes us more attached. Also you're more prone to forgive them and won't notice the subtle inconsistencies in their patterns. I noticed in my case, it sucked, I wrenched my heart and let him go. He tried reaching out for a day, then he stopped and I still miss him, although we never dated but it feels like a breakup. I am fighting every day to get over him.

Yeah the worst part is, we have one thing in common with players. Falling in love quickly, but ironically we will be only fixated on them and would want it to last a lifetime. But those desperate people are probably seeing others too behind our backs. They won't hesitate to replace you if they think someone better comes along.

Thanks for telling me at least I don't feel alone cause when I said I have a really defensive wall I meant that with everything in me and I'm not saying this cause I'm attractive cause I clearly don't feel attractive but I've rejected plenty of girls cause of this defensive wall not because of abuse trauma but past experiences that left me better not too trust and it sucks cause I wasn't that type of person

I feel like you just have to be strict with yourself. Don't push the person away, but take time to get to know them. Try to hold back any really personal stuff for a while, and just observe their behavior and what they say. Also, because of my past I also know that trusting people can be scary, but you still need to take risks and chances, the right person is out there.
