We work together by the way so maybe he’s thinking it’s not like clearly defined yet.
Our last conversation he said something about talking on the phone soon because I’m so funny and I make his day.
I’m really stressed over this. We haven’t been on a date yet but we work together at our job and are busy people. Still, I thought that if a guy liked a girl a lot he’d reach out more. Anyone shed some light on this?

Ew, Im so opposed to dating people where you work and one of the main reasons beings that the other person falling into complacency due to the convenience of being able to see their partner at work making them put in little to no effort in seeing, talking, or planning activities with them outside of work. Which looks like exactly what is taking place here in the situation given.

every fiber in my being wants to advocate for you to shut it down but ill instead say, " Why not just call them or wait for them after work so you can talk to them directly about how their behavior is making you feel?" That should get the ball rolling.

Maybe he's just a slow mover, or maybe he's to busy, or maybe he's not serious about you yet. You should get to know him better before you start worrying about him so much.
