It doesn't sound like a deal breaker to me.

I'm not big in nose jobs and all that other stuff is even sillier to me. But what matters is what do these things mean to you.

At the end of the day, if I find you attractive, I find you attractive. What's inside matters more and even if I'm not crazy about how you got there, you should be able to feel comfortable in your own skin.

And I believe we should judge people mostly based on who they are today now instead of who they used to be

Nose jobs, depending on the reason can have a pretty positive impact on someone’s self esteem, with very little danger. I’m not entirely sure about eyelash and nail transplants? Typically guys prefer a more natural look but you’d have to post a picture for true opinions here.

Such women always make me wonder if they are comfortable with themselves. The need to drastically change your appearance via surgeries and make up give me the impression that they aren't accepting of who they are.
