Why people say let women come to you and do not go looking for them?

Apparently they say, if you chase women you'll run out of money.

But if you chase money, you'll never run out of women.

I believe what is being told to you, is to focus on your goals and you'll become powerful, most women flock to powerful men. Especially quality women.
