She literally just flat out told my Mom she doesn’t see having premarital sex as “bad morals” even though it goes against long established church teaching. Absolutely just fcking stupid.

And she also said that she was having sex because she “felt lonely”. 🙄

Like dear God just make actual friends like normal people do or something instead of just letting guys use you so that you can feel validated.

And worst of all she’s been dating an unimpressive black guy and has been with him for SEVERAL MONTHS.

And its just frustrating because I can’t wrap my head around it. I can’t think of any logical reason to possibly be with the guy, especially when the guy isn’t even physically attractive, masculine and clean-cut like most educated black men tend to be.

I’ve met the guy before myself and its obvious he has self confidence issues due to the lack of a male figure in his life. He was raised by his mother and sister since his father left him. And my sister believes this is why he is respectful to women.

Even though it was literally my own father who taught me to respect women.

So I just don’t understand how that argument holds up especially when most fatherless black men are known for leaving fatherless children themselves.

And better yet the guy my sister is with isn’t even capable of providing her with anything. He’s no good for protection, given his below average height and otherwise feminine and soft appearance. And he can’t provide stability either given the fact he isn’t even in a stable situation himself. Either financially, or academically. He’s on some sort of financial aid because his family is too low on income and he’s already had to repeat a year of college.

And so I’m just left wondering why my sister is dating an obviously ghetto black guy, who doesn’t even have a clean-cut appearance like Barack Obama as a bare minimum.

Either way I’m just grateful I only heard part of her conversation with my Mom, because it’s bad enough just knowing how ignorant she is.

Nah, I was raised Catholic and my life is much better free of such a heretical religion.
