How a man with depression acts with the woman he loves?

Generally, a man with depression has no energy to do things. But how they act around someone they live depends on a many things. When I personally had depression and a girlfriend, at the time, I didn't want to do anything except just doing nothing together. Like cuddling on the couch with a film on or something.
I wanted to be with her, and feel loved by her, but I had no energy to get up and do something.

How another man or woman may act I don't know, but this was how I went about it back then.

He talks with me then ghost me.. he is my ex but I clearly see he has feelings for me.. cause he said he cares about me, he is attracted to me still but in general he is sexually off , " he can' t have a normal life so not even trying with me, he has to endure this himself, he is not worth to be in the back of my mind'.

But he wants to see me so if is really strange...

This may or may not be how he feels, but I sometimes have anxiety attacks where I suddenly feel like all my loved ones secretly dislike me and just put up with my presence because they have to. During those moments, I end up isolating myself, desperate for someone to come to me and put their hand on my shoulder.
He may have those same feelings where he ghosts you because he is afraid you dislike him. Paranoia can cause a lot of hurt if not properly dealt with. I learnt how to deal with it, but it is still a struggle.

Ye he said" I don' t know where my trust can go" and he even said some times that " I want to destroy him" out of sudden

That's classic paranoia. He needs to see a therapist before this gets out of hand and he hurts people he doesn't want to hurt. Parsnoid people end up with self fulfilling prophesies because of their behaviour.

I have depression. Generally, a lack. of motivation and energy are the main outward symptoms. Certainly we can go out and do things on occasion. Life is very close to normal. I've never neglected or ghosted someone I was involved with.

Ye he seems interested in my life how I am doing, say he cares about me deeply, still attracted to me and then suddenly ghost me after positive conversations..

So it sounds more like good days vs bad days, more than ghosting, because he eventually does talk to you again right?

Nope, I usually initiate and he shows interest to talk or when I say I will leave him forever he starts to talk with me again

When you're depressed, you often want to shut the world out. So it can be hard for the other person, but you have to try to not take it personally either as he's likely doing that with everyone, not just you. But it can be hard still. If this is a serious depression (especially if he's not getting any help for it), you might want to consider if he's the guy for you? This can be very hard to deal with, especially over time if it continues. You could start to resent it more and more until you can't take it anymore?
