How would a man deal with a lady who doesn't openly share her emotions?

Like today this guy at work who always stares at my boobs and smiles when he looks at me and in my eyes.. well i was thinking how i missed him a bit cause i was depressed and hating the workplace... And then he showed up unexpectedly for a shift... And i did not show any sign that i missed him. I acted like normal. he's pretty expressive and im just... Very shy and NOT expressive. People can tell my emotions many a time but thats just cause they leak. And.. some people are very intuitive. But if its for my own efforts, i hide myself mostly. I know other humans act differently... Theyre so open and say how they feel.

Unless your actions show how you feel then you probably won’t get far with people. I know a girl who actively wants to hang out with me and enjoys seeing me and talking to me even though she never states how she feels towards me I can assume based on how she acts.

I’m not sure what you are referring to when you say initiate but in my case I know she likes being around me based on how she acts so I often ask her to hang out with me. Does that clear it up a bit?
