Girl followed me on Instagram after date offer, but she declined the date, is it part of play hard to get?

Hello, I found one girl in a dating app and she left her IG there, I texted her and she got interested in getting to know me, the conversation weny well, not one-sided, she gave very expanded answers and quite emotional ones too like we know each other. I decided to invite her for a first date, and after she saw the date proposal, she instantly followed me on IG. Then she took some time around 2 hours before answering but she already saw the message from me. She told me that she will be away for one week to travel with her friends abroad. She did not suggest an alternative date. She was also open to talk about her trip and I said it should be nice to go abroad with your friends. My question is: Based on this story, is it a lie or she is interested? and it would make sense to invite her one more time for a date.
