Now that we are official, my boyfriend no longer plans dates. How do I approach this topic?

We met on Hinge in June 2022 and chatted for seven days before meeting in person on June 18th at the mall, where we had dinner and drinks and walked around the mall; we made things official on August 27th. Now that we are official, my boyfriend no longer plans dates. How do I approach this topic?

We would then see each other every weekend, so once a week on a Saturday, and our dates included the following things each weekend, Dinners, Bowling, Mini golfing, Board game cafes, movies, shopping and brunch.
He suggested we see each other more, so this past week, we saw each other on Monday ( well, labour day), Thursday ( I went to his hockey game and we also had dinner) and Friday ( I met him at the mall, and we had dinner and then walked around) but now he is suggesting maybe we see each other just on the weekdays, as his weekend is a bit packed, with that been said we live like 30 minutes away from each other, so I think this may be very much stressful even for him to drop me home after we have dinner, as I do not currently drive.

Also, I wish we did more than eat dinner and talk and walk around malls every time we hang out; I do enjoy activities more; I wanted to suggest this, but then I'm not sure if being in a relationship usually transitions into a "normal" state like this when you make things official, or should I push for more activities?

This is both of our first relationships; he is 26 and 25.
