How would a woman with a learning disability be able to tell whether a man had a learning disability and was a good quality guy?

What kind of learning disability Women can have a decent relationship with a truly good guy, which has been quite hard to discover in the modern dating scene. My interest was
I did switch off from the other two. I was rudely rejected by one guy. I'm not at all interested in tall males, but I am in some short guys. Some women will tempt guys, but a true good man won't be temped by a woman. Like to have common interests, pets, reliability, sense of humour, show interest, ask questions, and be intelligent. some of my previous relationships, I had more negative experience did experience some guy rejection. Other guys did have girlfriends, which is a deal breaker right away.
