I still think about these 2 girls from H. S that liked me but made stupid games with me 😟 Like the first one would always tease and flirt with me but she never wanted my number but she always said let's get married, fuck, and other things.

The second girl wanted me as rebound then would always flirt with me and say that we should hookup but I didn't because I knew she was just using me for being nice 😟

In college they were a couple of girls who gave mixed signals a lot but nothing ever was concrete.

It isn't unnatural to have hang ups about a chick from the past, but it becomes a problem when you become stagnate and don't do anything to improve your mindset and self worth.

Before you do any dating, you need to learn more about yourself as a man. First thing you need to do is make sure you have a job in a career with growth potential. Keep on the grind to make paper and save money to invest in yourself.

You invest in yourself by taking care of yourself physically and mentally. If you are overweight and chubby, get a gym membership and take some classes at a gym that not only help you drop your weight, but improve your body and health as a whole. You cannot expect to lose it magically. You need to put in constant work and dedication. That will help ingrain that habit of focus and goals into you to strive to achieve. Hit the gym, make that your main focus outside of work and saving for this car of yours. Also, make sure you have your own place and pay your own Bill's and can take care of yourself. Self sustainment is critical.

Those are good goals and ones to strive for. Get in better shape, work and save money, purchase your car (assuming you have a driver's license). Make more friends with men that are also close to your age and older that are successful or better than you to give you a sense of camaraderie and competitiveness. It will help you become more assertive and well rounded on a social level. Also, learn your standards and know how to put in place boundaries to ensure you receive the respect and treatment you want.

On that note. Hobbies and making yourself more interesting as a person. Take classes, attend seminars, learn a skill, invest in things that you are passionate about. Women like men passionate about things they enjoy. Travel to places, meet new people, learn how to tell stories of your experiences.

Do this and your mindset and life will attract what you want at the end of the day. People will be drawn to your energy.

You can easily watch what you eat & your calorie intake. If your confused you can try myfitnesspal and actually watch how much calories you take in. And actually record them properly as in you can check each thing you eat and measures calories out for the day and easily stay under your limit.

If you can't lift weight as you say will you can go out running at least a half mile to start 3 days a week and then increase it to a mile over time.

If you don't wanna run outside you can easily buy stationary bike or desk bike and go in that for a hour a day and then maybe move it to 2 hours a day or even doing a heavy hit work out.

After you maintain your weight or dur8ng the times you do get your drives license. Their should be no excuses as to why your own little sister and you as a big brother has less than her. I'm 66 and I still think about missed opportunities from school. In hindsight I think it was obvious that some of those girls liked me. But in my teens I didn't see the signs or didn't act on it.

But no, I don't think anyone could get laid in high school. Most people vastly over estimate how many people have sex. Only about half of students have sex by the time they graduate. Even in college, only about half have had sex in the last year.

You shouldn't be focused on getting laid anyway. That's putting the cart before the horse. It just makes it harder for you. You should be focused on getting to know someone and maybe form a relationship. Sex happens naturally on it's own that way but is not the focus.
