That's a very bad sign to be honest. I dont like to say it but chances are that he is seeing another girl or he just doesn't like you that much anymore. I think you have good reason to have concerns.

Honestly... you deserve better then that! Dont let him threat you this way because it will only become worse.

If I love or care for someone I actually want to speak to them often. A week is unnacceptable to be silent in a relationship

Either they're extremely busy or they have lost interest in you. I don't know their schedule, you do. If they're not busy then they're not infatuated with you like they were previously. Go find somebody else if that's the case
