What do I reply to his message?

We met online about two months ago. It was very intense in the beginning to the point we confessed we liked each other. Recently he ghosted me about a month ago. He replies about every 10 days to my message and today he replied and said, "Miss you too but it’s kinda hard stay in contact like this for me. Hope you’re doing good these days"

What do I reply to this? Did he lose interest because thats how it looks and feels to me.

What led to him ghosting you?

If it was something like you cancelled a few dates on him without offering a re-schedule, then he might want you to make it up to him.

Why was it so intense to begin with?
Were one or both of you rebounding or something like this?

Could he have another lady that he's seeing?
