Why do so many interracial couples get so much crap for dating someone from the other race?

So, I have to say it has gotten way better for me! But being a blonde lady with a black men I really soon found out who my friends are. I had to go through my network again and really pick and choose. I have received weird comments from both black as white people and so has my hubby.

To be clear, I do not choose someone based on colour as I like men from any race! But when I came together with my man Tyson, his now ex lady who is black really had a hard time accepting he was with a white girl. Having said that, it also happened the other way around. My mother had to get used to it for instance.

My bottom line is just, why on earth do you mind about someone who is with a person who you won't date anyways? In our families we all get along and our friends also! We have a good network nowadays. Also I treat his kid from his ex as if it is mine too, we have a good bond. His ex and Tyson are also on good terms because of the kids. However her and I will never get truly along. Which I think is a shame, but at least she stopped the name calling and acts normal when the little boy is around.

People get jealous and feel insecure that they aren't the preference of the two people involved.

I know from being married to a Native woman, and trying to date Asian women as a White man. I'm always gonna hear "Asian fetish, or Yellow fever" from some jealous, insecure person. It's just the trade off to be happy I guess.

In your case there's other factors such as that weird Cuck, interracial degradation porn that White Cucks and some black men and white women love, but other White guys find very disrespectful, disgusting and pathetic. Along with the "Queen of Spades" label of White women who hate their own race and claim to be black owned property. That stuff honestly put Black male/White female relationships in a negative light. Then there's all the extra racial tensions from the history of slavery, police shootings, BLM movement, and just the constant competitive nature between Black and White men in the west. Obviously your interracial relationships are even more controversial to some than mine unfortunately.

Of course some jealous people will try to act like all Asian women are victims of something when they date White men, but thankfully most Asian women are smart enough to think for themselves.

Because many people don't understand that race is still an issue, because they are making it an issue. Also people that make it an issue tend to think it needs to be an issue for everyone. So they hate those who don't make it into one. Really the biggest issue with race isn't race itself. It's a vicious cycle that some people think getting on that cycle is the best way to stop it from being an issue.

I've dated black guys and I live in Kentucky of all places. It's still looked down upon in many places in my state. Parts of the south are still pretty racist.

I'm a white guy, and I've noticed that too. My own brother played the racial purity card on me when he found out that I'm dating an Indian woman, saying that I was putting my kids at a disadvantage by forcing them to live with brown skin.

I think people do that kind of thing partially out of fear and general discomfort. I don't think it's necessarily intended to be an overtly hateful comment, but it definitely comes across that way.

I am black and white, and most Americans hate me or think I am disgusting. The only people that like me foreign women or white American women. I would recommend moving to Connecticut. People do not judge as much as other states.
