When did you learn to not go for someone who’s out of your league?

Most people seem to learn this after getting rejected by a hot girl in high school but I still see men in their 20s and older who are single who don’t seem to get this and think “there are no such things as leagues” usually because they saw a relatively unattractive rich guy with a hot girl but they don’t think about whether that girl is rich herself or more importantly whether they are rich themselves and are able to find such a woman in their own life.

Another way to look at it: when was the last time you saw a good looking female doctor or lawyer dating a short balding bouncer at a club (no offense to those who fit this description)?

I find guys who have lower social status are not necessarily easy to date or live with or keep. If you read stories on the news, a lot of jobless and uneducated guys are beating their wives to a bloody pulp and landing them in the hospital with their abuses and they have no positive incentive that would attract a woman to put up with even light verbal abuse.

I know leagues are real, but sometimes a cute to average looking guy like me had a 10/10 personality back in the day, so it landed me a super hot woman who has a shitty personality (Narcissistic) so her looks were out of my league and my personality was better than her's.

It can balance out in rare cases, and now I'm addicted to really pretty women because of her and spend a lot of time alone, lol.
