Should I wish a guy I’m dating (we’re on a break cause he said he needs space) for his birthday or no? I want to be respectful and just not talk to him till he is ready to talk from his side. But, I also don’t want him to feel like I don’t care about his birthday/little milestones, cause I do.

You need to move on. A person that cares about you is not going to pick and choose when they should date you. If a guy is willing to break up with you before simply saying “hey I’ll call you or text you in a little, I just need some space, I love you” then he’s not worth chasing

I wouldn’t. There’s no reason to prove your loyalty to someone who doesn’t care to receive it. Who knows if this break isn’t him just trying to let you down easily and really be done for good, or explore his options and date someone else. Don’t use his birthday as an excuse to be ‘still here, even if you don’t want me right now’. You’re better than that.
