He always says “we should go to a basketball game, we should watch a movie..” etc. But never finalizes with me on a date. I decided to reach out first but he doesn’t respond until it’s convenient for him. And when we do end up running into each other he again says he wants to do something yet never takes action to make plans. Does he want me to plan dates?
