Sometimes, I struggle with anxiety but I've gotten a handle on my mental health over the past year and I'm ready to start dating... also, I'm decently attractive (according to others, not just me).

A woman that had not slept with someone before, just like me. A vulnerable woman with whom I can slowly build strong trust. You're a bit too old for my age (that would be the only reason not to do it,

I'm an introvert a strong introvert. I have tendencies to disappear over a period of time. A lot of introverts are workaholics. If I set something down on my desk and somebody picks it up looks at it and says it back I know that somebody has picked it up. That's probably a little bit of my OCD. When I was teaching in Purdue University years ago I met the love of my life. She is stuck with me for all these years. She is an introvert also. We go to our corners of our house and we're happily doing what we want to do. We do carry on conversations we do eat dinner together we do go to movies together. She's got her hobbies and I have mine. Love does work for introverts.

Probably. Try online dating, it works well for people with mild social anxiety. Or get some counseling and learn to overcome your anxiety. Or both.
