Guys how do you treat a girl you’re just sleeping with vs a girl you are dating?

My relationship with my boyfriend started out just physical. Though he’s always taken me out to dinner. The only difference now is we spend more time together and he’s including me in his work events. At first he kept telling me that he only wants a physical relationship. Do guys normally take hookups out to dinner?
