Dating apps, what is it that makes a guy attractive?

Anonymous
So... I'm a dude. But I thought I would make a fake tinder profile as a woman just to look at the 'top picks' section (the most liked guys on the app basically) and see who I'm competing with.

To my perspective, I can't really tell what it is that makes these guys so attractive to women? They're all fairly clean looking, none of them are fat, but none of them are like James bond style hot.

The trend I've noticed is that they all have group photos of them standing with a pint in their hand. Is this what women want? Do they just care if a guy has a social life? Their bios are all quite simple too, usually just their location and their Instagram.

One exception was a guy who just had 3 gym mirror selfies, and 3 videos of him doing deadlifts. You couldn't even see his face. But apparently this is one of the most attractive guys in my area?

I don't get many likes on tinder, my approach was this:
- A photo with my dog because that's an easy catch
- a mirror selfie of me dressed well
- a photo of me looking comfy in my robe looking into the camera with a pretty decent smile
- a stupid meme incase they swipe to the end of my profile and find it funny
- a witty bio incase they decide to read it

I don't really have any friends and I don't drink so getting some group "lads" photo with a drink in my hand is a difficult one for me.

Do I really just have to take videos and photos of myself at the gym? Is that really it?

Advice please!
