Met a girl and it seemed to be going good.
She said she's just moved here and needed someone to show her around. I said i could and she said maybe... should i have pursued it more or left it like i did?

Maybe in this case likely means that she is currently trying someone out but is glad that you two met. At least she's not a test 2 or 3 out at the same time girl. There's lots to be said for that kind of judgment.

Maintaining communication is good but mostly she decides if you will be moving from Maybe to Definitely and schedule. A gentle push, as in detail Place, Time, Date established date option is needed. Lead and push the issue. If she declines then leave her ass alone as she has your number.

If you are going to do this then give yourself a legitimate shot, earn some respect, and move on without the needy response to her contact reactions. Be polite but clear-headed and definite in your actions.
