I need some help, so this past Sunday I let my jealously and insecurities get the best of me and I flipped out on my boyfriend?

My boyfriend asked me what time I was going to make dinner and I told him the time and he was like out I will be home before then he said he was going over to a friends house but a couple had past after that time and I pulled up to his friends house a flipped out on him and now it feels like he has shut me out.. I've tried talking to him but I rarely get anything back
