I started talking to a guy online who lives out of London but told me he wants to move back. We've been texting daily for a month, and I suggested meeting after we'd been speaking for about 10 days, but he cancelled on the day saying he had a terrible headache.
I was ready to be done with it, but he text the next day saying he hates letting people down and hopes he can get a second chance. I decided maybe I should, as he sends long messages every day, sends me pictures, asks questions, and carries the conversation.
He's a pub manager, and said let's meet the weekend after next. I was patient, and brought up meeting on Wednesday. He said he will check with his boss, as his rota has changed. Turns out he can't make this weekend either.
He keeps talking about what we can do together and when I suggested a date, he said it sounds good, but I would like to treat you to dinner too.
He sound keen, but this is pointless, if it's that much effort to get a date. He's text me but i haven't replied. Should I even bother? I have been talking to another guy, but not like this guy.

Well actions do speak louder than words so I'd say don't invest too much and have him meet you. You can always reply but if he truly is interested he will put more effort in meeting up
