I ran into my ex last weekend and she had put on a ton of weight (at least 50lbs) since we broke up a year ago. She also cut off her hair to a super short haircut and left a small part of it long. When we dated she was a bit of a health conscious person and always wanted to “look nice” when she would go out, she looked like she almost doesn’t care anymore, any idea why this would happen?
My theory on people who gain weight is they try to lose weight through exercise and not through diet, every glutton who loves the gym became fatter when they got older cause as you age, your body can no longer absolve all your hidden calories through exercise but the skinny diet is chemical and not calorie based, cause Asians eat 4000 calories of rice each day and they are skinny, rice does not make the average person fat. There are exceptions but most people don’t gain weight on rice.
Anything could of happened. But why do you care again?
