I dont havee any close friends at 30?

I grew up in a very white area as a black girl, i had some school friends but no real childhood friends now i am older i find it difficult to make friends, everyone has their group and i also live a n building with only people from above 55 age and im just confuses how do u make friends? At age 30? I want my group of girlfriend s too.
