Depends on your definition of fit. Do you mean physically active? Strength? Endurance?
If you never exercise but have inherited a trait that just naturally makes you insanely strong would you be considered fit?

Yes, a fitness trainer. It didn't bother me as it was her job. It's tough not to be in shape when your job is to workout with people 7 to 8 hours a day. I guess its a perk of the job.
I dated the quarterback on a women's semi pro football team. I was a marathon runner and trained with weights for many years. It is hard to say which one of us was in better shape but she could throw a football way better than I could.
