I regret not giving him my number, what can I do?

I met a guy on a night out and we spent the whole evening together and had an absolute blast. He ended up missing his last train and coming with me as he lived in the same area.

However, he asked me for a number and said he had an amazing time and would love to meet up for a coffee, even if it's just to talk.

I hesistated and didn't give it to him, although I did want to later on.

Later on he suddenly had to get off the bus and I forgot to give him the number and I regret it so much now.

I know his first name, the area he lives and the sector of the company he works for but that's it.

I looked on LinkedIn and actualky found someone who resembles him a lot and works in the same sector, and has the same name. I sent him an InMail asking if he was at a certain spot on a certain date.

I don't even know if the message got through or if someone manages his linkedin instead of him. What can I do?
