Sounds like a preference. I wouldn't like a fat guy with a c cup, so seems fair.
As for the height part of your question, there are guys who only like short girls just as there are girls who like tall guys. Some on both sides don't have such a preference at all.
Judging by height or cup size is very shallow. Being too picky about weight is also very shallow, and 100lbs sounds quite picky. People can’t be more than their best.

You got that right I got married at 19 my husband was sane age he was in the military and we just wanted to get married and start our life together. He respected me desire to wait till marriage. It worked up perfectly
