@humanearth Onlyfans is basically starting your own amature porn subscription service. It's basically a very regular girl who decides she's going to make money by charging people a small subsciption fee so they can access her "content." Then she uploads whatever kind of sexual stuff she's offering to show her "fans" to her "channel" (essentially).

It's a way for the relatively ugly girl or the beautiful girl to make money from their own bedroom, by being sluts on the internet. It's gross. And it's so so common. You don't even have to be attractive to have an onlyfans. There are onlyfans catering to everything you can imagine. Do you like to see a fat, hairy lady piss in her panties... there's an onlyfans for that. Into girls squirting? Well there's a million random girls with an onlyfans featuring/focusing on that.

It's basically a way to be a whore without having to physically touch anybody. But it's a subscription service so if you have an onlyfans... you do need to keep your fans happy, so you end up with a side-hustle as an ongoing internet whore for your subscribers. It's democratizing paid porn so that any regular girl can start making that money showing her pussy to strangers.

That's all well and good. Unless you're looking to date someone. Then... who the hell wants an internet whore (some guys do. Some guys definitely do. I definitely do not)

As for buying a house, I saved up for 15 years and paid for it in cash.

I never took out a loan to buy my 1st house. I sold that house and took that money and bought two houses.

Sold them both a few years later and bought a farm. I did it all without a need of a loan.

Saved a lot of money on not having interest payments and not having a monthly mortgage payment.
