Only if she suggested that she was open to the possibility or told me to. A lot can happen in that time, and I wouldn't assume that she's still single.

I’ve done this in the past and what I learned is that it’s better not to create that cycle and be done the first round. It takes some real time and commitment for a person to change, assuming that they even want to. 9/10 if you go back a few months later, it will be the same issues which ended things in the past. I also feel like going back is because of both the familiarity and your dating life not being successful, so you want to return to something that semi-worked. People shouldn’t be safety nets or backup plans, it either works with them or it doesn’t, and if it doesn’t then you should let it go.
