Do you like following the traditional steps when dating (aka "the base analogy")?

Okay so yea but my bases are a bit diff. 1st date could end in a kiss or makeout session. 1st month could consist of breast play and masturbation of eachother. After about 3 months would come oral. Sometime after 6 months would come sex.

In Europe, baseball is not common, so I had to look this up. Of course, there is an escalation of intimacy, but these stages do not seem to describe it too well.
First of all, there are important gestures before kissing. You may touch her hand across the table while sitting in a restaurant, or exchange fleeting touches on the back or the arms. The way you talk and look at each other is important.
Then, I agree that kissing on the lips is a stage, i. e. first base, where it is good to linger. I would not have the first kiss and first sex on the same day. One can tell the woman that there is no need to rush as we have lots of time. I think most women will find it reassuring that you want to spend a lot of time with them.
Then I think the analogy ends. Once you are touching each other skin to skin and removing pieces of clothing there will not usually be any bases at which to stop anymore. I think most Europeans would then go all the way.
It also happens that people have sex right on the first date, but that is not everybody's cup of tea, and certainly not mine, either.

You boys and girls are really weird with how artificial your 'grading system is'.

You can only marry, have sex, (base 3 or 4?) after you register for it. All else is illegal and you know that.

And, to marry, at least one side has to propose. You don't sort of show ip at marriage registry spontaneously snd just sign, do you?
