My sister is dating an illegal immigrant from Mexico and he speaks okay English actually but he isn’t a citizen. He builds the roofs of houses and was hired for cheaper labor. He has his own car and has been here for a year and a half.

She's probably dating him because he works hard, has his shit together and a 6-pack. He wouldn't be here if he didn't have a visa, like it's possible with someone else having the ownership of the car and attending to all the details. You don't get that as a roofer though. He sounds legit.
More so it sounds like you have a siscon thing going on there man :/ If you believe it's a mistake, let her make her own mistakes, women get hurt or knocked up just as bad from white men too. She probably likes him because he is charming, hard working and probably has other attractive qualities that people prefer in a partner. Being an illegal immigrant is sort of dangerous, and he could get deported if the officials find out. I hope he realizes that and does something to legalize his citizenship. You cannot dictate who your sister should and should not have a relationship with, what matters is that she is happy with him. You can voice out your opinions, but at the end of the day, it’s her decision.
