I have been chatting and meeting somone since February so nearly 4 months and we ahve went through a lot in that time we ain't slept together but both admitted we love each other

I found out he was on Facebook weeks ago after saying he didn't have one and I found his kids mum his ex and tbh they looked pretty much together so i questioned it then the Facebook got deleted and hers is all privete

He's now away on holiday with his ex and kids mum said they agvr seprete rooms but he video called in a bar last night then today while out and about alone he seemed shifty like looking around tbh I dunno what to think of it all I just feel so crap Iv experienced ahitty relationships in my past and first guy I have let close to me

so how am I going to know he's not with her or he is with her he said he told her about me but I belive nothing now I did trust him 100% until I seen all that like he has kept in contact text wise not video what shall I do here

He’s on the rebound with you and very disingenuine. If I can tell from just this bit of context that you’re a very love-hungry, low self esteemed woman then I’m sure he gathered that and more in the first month or two and very much uses it to his advantage. Men with small kids are usually not done with their baby mama, and you don’t need anymore proof of that than what’s going on right now. My advice? Cut your losses, it’s been no time. You can’t change that you’ve gone through a lot and I’m sure you want it to pay off but sometimes it doesn’t, so take accountability for what you can and pick a better person next time.

I’m sorry you’re going through this, I was in your shoes at one point when I was 19 and it’s hard to walk away from. I wasted 3 years ignoring the red flags and I very much hope you don’t do the same. One thing about time is that we can’t get it back, so invest yours into something you won’t regret later if you can help it. You should want more for yourself than worrying what he’s doing and if he’ll go back to her. Don’t even give him an opportunity to hurt you so much and leave first. Also, no worries! My advice can sound blunt at times but I only speak from experience and for your betterment.

This is a very clear situation. He's with her, she's in his life and always will be. Saying you love each other after 4 months is also a huge redflag on both sides. You don't know each other thus the statement is fantasy. You should try to figure out why you are inviting strife and toxicity into your life.
