I dated this guy in high school, he is two years older than me, and the only thing that drove us apart was that I went to an out of state college and he joined the army. I recently met him again, I got a job as a business assistant in a place nearby where he is stationed. I am now 24 and he is 26 and a corporal. He got smarter and more muscular, and whenever he has time, we meet up at a local coffee shop. We've done this about five times, and I'm getting attracted to him again after seeing his physique and listening to him talk about his experiences. We made one of those outings a date, and because he had worked so hard on his physique and mind, and up to the corporal rank, I acted really submissive around him, smiling a lot, giggling at many things he said, and folding my sleeves to show arm and pretending to tie my hair and stretching back so my shirt lifted, revealing my belly. He reached out and tickled my belly and I giggled and hit him playfully and I felt like a teenager again. What do you think about a situation like this?

There are some exceptions to the rule. Sure, they’re an ex for a reason, but sometimes it’s wrong timing in your life. If you break up on mutual or good terms, for a reason like wrong timing, then I don’t see a reason as to why you can’t get back together if you want to.

I think it depends on circumstances and the reason for the initial break up.

Well it's certainly true regarding me... Although all four ex's and I have remained good friends, and on two occasions have actually attended each other's wedding.
So far very true. Going to an ex is stupid.
