I told my hinge date my period schedule?

I had a first date with this guy scheduled today whom I haven’t met before. He seems really cool and normal lol. But I got my period and canceled because of the pain. I wanted to be honest because I thought he would think I don’t like him. So I actually told him I got my period and that’s why I need to reschedule. He was totally fine with it. Is this weird? I mean his response after he told me it was totally fine was “So if we date that’s something I can look forward to once a month?” And I basically told him I get it every 3 months (which I do) and like oh my god it’s just so weird I had to tell this guy my whole period schedule. But on a serious note, guys, is this weird for a girl you never met to tell you?

If you're having girl trouble, there's not much you can do about. if he can't understand the issue, maybe you should drop him.
Besides, isn't he assuming that you'll actually WANT to date him after this time?
As for telling him about your aunt Flo's visiting dates, things change so, just because it's regular now doesn't mean it will be in 6 months. And, at best, all he can do is speculate. My best friend told me about her periods decades ago but, she's had kids since then so, even if I DID bother to keep track after she told me, it'd be pointless, by now.
I would think that having a boyfriend that cared enough TO keep track of them would be a plus! At least it shows that he cares a lot about you... unless it's just some kind of kink he's into.

I don't think it is weird at all.
If a date told me when I first met them I would think, "Great! She is comfortable in her own skin. And feel comfortable telling me, cool."
If anyone gets werided out by your period, i would take that as a poor sign and our rethink dating them.

Ah ok, that makes sense.
You shouldn't feel weird about talking about stuff like that with a date, opening up is needed to get to know a person.
