I expect to pay on any dates until we are in an exclusive relationship, but women who want to pay for their own meal usually bring up the topic themselves. This is almost always younger women (20s and 30s), not women my age, who generally expect the man to pay.

So, knowing that, if a woman says that to me when the bill comes, I will pay as I expected to, but there will be no second date even if I wanted one up until that point.

But you can usually sniff out these types of people before you get to a dinner date.

When did she say it? Before the meal, during the meal, after the meal?

I always intend to pay. And this would not change that. But if it happened before the meal I think I would be taken ill and apologize but I'm going to have to cancel the date. During the meal I would continue but mentally I'd check out of the date unless she did something spectacular to prove she not the person I believe she is. And after the meal. Well, the date is basically over. And so is any future dates with us.

1) If i invited her, i expect to pay. If she invites me, I expect her to pay. That's never come up nor been challenged on all the dates I've been on. I've never met a woman who didn't expect to pay if she invited me out.

what if you have to pay the girl to date you and also have pay for dinner and a movie. so 300 for the girl and 150 for the date think about how much that cost 450 every time. also that not all the extras thing that also may come up.
