I was diagnosed with quiet bpd recently which basically means I have a difficult time regulating emotions so I have intense mood swings but appear composed on the outside. I'm learning there's a stigma behind bpd so I want to be careful about how and when I disclose my current condition. I've been getting help since my diagnosis a few months ago so I feel like I can give myself permission to go on dates. If you have bpd how long do you mention you have it when dating? Also if there's any women who've dated quiet bpd men can you tell me how your relationship with them started?

I’d say if you plan on getting serious with a woman , you should tell her when you feel comfortable enough with her to share. She needs to understand what you go through (which is different for everyone of course) but you should always tell the truth about yourself
I say tell them as soon as you feel things are gonna get serious.
