Why does my bfs sister in law always ask my boyfriend about his work and push him about advancing if he doesn’t want to?

My bfs sister in law is always asking my boyfriend financial and work related questions and she’s always pushing my boyfriend to advance into supervisor at his job but he doesn’t want to because he’s comfortable and happy as he is now- he has his weekends and holidays off and we spend them together, my boyfriend and I both got very annoyed…. why is this her business for?

then another time my bfs brother kept asking for him to go full time somewhere and that he will have to work weeeknds and holidays - they know weeeknds and holidays are my only time to see my bf…..

are they jealous of our relationship or something? Why do they push so much and meddle so much for?

His brothers wife also sits everyone “seperate” from their partner at the dinner table as well anytime they’ve had us over for dinner or brunch….. she was rudely telling everyone where to sit….
