As if life is not hard enough, with heartbreakes, having to lose people, having to work our asses off for money, working jobs we don't like, wars and shit.. Food also makes us fat :( .. the only thing that we can just indulge in and enjoy at anytime and anywhere.. it makes us fat and ugly and it sucks.. do you agree
It depends on your body type. I’ve seen some women who tend to gain excess fat on their hips/thighs/ass, while still maintaining a somewhat slim waist/stomach.
However, other women, like me, unfortunately, tend to gain excess weight on their upper bodies…so all over the mid section (stomach, waist, boobs).
If I had the body type where I gained on my lower body, I would literally stuff my face with whatever my heart desired…I would be more than happy to get a fatter ass…fatter thighs and hips.
Now I’m just hoping I making to the age of 60…after I had children and grandchildren….. so that I could stuff my face all freaking day with no worries in the world.
s Only makes you fat if you’re eating the wrong food, or even the right food if you’re eating too much of it and not exercising. And fat does not equal ugly. So no, I don’t agree.
Correction, bad American food makes you fat. Neither me nor anybody in my family or direct neighborhood is fat and I have only one fat work colleague. Inform yourself about what is bad in your food and then change it.
Well you can eat all you want and not get fat if you burn more calories by chasing... sorry.. I mean running 💀
