I think it depends on the context. Women are HIGHLY judgmental. You cannot breathe if you're a guy without a woman judging you for it. So on the surface I'd say men are more forgiving. But if a a woman loves a guys she's more likely to forgive him than a man is her. Guys are much more black and white then women. Guys rationalize feelings. We say, "she hurt me, how can she really love me if she hurts me so freely and if she does it to much then we are just done. We pull the plug. Women where thier feelings like a suit. This is why when a guy is abusive rather than rationalizing it like a man does. She emotionaloizes it. She thinks about the good times and doubles down on an already bad situation. But it's these emotions that cause her even if she eventually gets away from that guy will make her blame EVERY guy for that till the day she dies. Because women can't work through these things rationally like a guy can. So in this sense men are definitely more forgiving then women So I guess the answer is it hinges where in a relationship is vs. A man. Because that'll make all the differences in the world.
